Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure and friction on the head, neck, shoulders and top of back. These techniques are used to improve scalp and hair condition. They also stimulate the flow of blood, lymph and oxygen specifically in the upper body, therefore can help clear sinuses, relieve stress and improve sleep. However, the most important benefit I have experienced in my own clients is the relief/prevention of migraines.

This holistic massage is personally tailored to you. I will blend specific essential oils that will work on any issues you may have. There will also be a steamy bowl of water, with essential oils dropped in, placed underneath your face for you to inhale as you relax. This treatment will treat all areas of your body most prone to stress and tension, such as head, neck, shoulders, back, back of upper and lowers legs and arms. The blend of incredible oils and luxurious massage will send you into a completely relaxed state.

I am over the moon to be offering prenatal massages! I have experience being a student midwife and I am thrilled to combine my passions.
